Covers your parcel against damage, loss and theft while it's on its way to you. If something goes wrong in transit, we send a free replacement straight away, no claim forms.

What's covered

Damage: your order arrives damaged or broken.
Loss: your parcel goes missing in transit and never arrives.
Theft: your parcel is marked as delivered but was taken before you could receive it.

Add Shipping Protection to your cart before checkout, it covers that order only.
If your order arrives damaged, or is lost or stolen in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement free of charge. If a replacement isn't available, we'll refund the affected items in full.
Shipping Protection covers the delivery journey only. Once your order has safely arrived, our 60-day guarantee and free returns cover everything else.
The £1.99 fee is refunded if you cancel your order before dispatch.
Shipping Protection is optional and doesn't affect your statutory rights.

You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return, and returns postage is free: we send you a prepaid label, so sending something back costs you nothing.

Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more.

UK standard £3.95, 2 to 4 working days. UK priority £7.95, 1 to 2 working days. EU £7.95, 5 to 10 working days. Rest of world £10.95, 8 to 12 working days.

Care & longevity

Rinse brushes in lukewarm water straight after painting, reshape the point with your fingers, and dry them flat or bristles-up. Treated this way, a good brush lasts years, not weeks.

The boutique behind it

We are a small family boutique, not a warehouse. Everything we sell is something we would happily paint with ourselves. If it does not meet that bar, it does not go in the box. Questions? Ask us, we paint too.
