Our 60-day guarantee

Every order is covered by our 60-day guarantee. If anything you buy from us does not delight you, you have 60 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund, and we cover the return postage.

How it works
Email us at service@artistsbrushboutique.co.uk and we will send you a prepaid returns label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items should be in the condition you received them, in their original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

The Artists Brush Boutique, Unit 7 Zone A, Chelmsford Road Industrial Estate, Great Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1HD. This address is printed on the returns label we send you.

Refunds
We will let you know as soon as your return has arrived and been checked. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take a few extra days to show the credit; if more than 15 business days have passed, email us and we will chase it for you.
