What's covered
- Damage: your order arrives damaged or broken.
- Loss: your parcel goes missing in transit and never arrives.
- Theft: your parcel is marked as delivered but was taken before you could receive it.
Terms & conditions
- Add Shipping Protection to your cart before checkout, it covers that order only.
- If your order arrives damaged, or is lost or stolen in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement free of charge. If a replacement isn't available, we'll refund the affected items in full.
- Shipping Protection covers the delivery journey only. Once your order has safely arrived, our 60-day guarantee and free returns cover everything else.
- The £1.99 fee is refunded if you cancel your order before dispatch.
- Shipping Protection is optional and doesn't affect your statutory rights.

We have a 60-day FREE returns policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Free Returns at the Fine Art Warehouse means that we will NOT charge you for returns postage and we will send you a postage label to place on your returns package to cover all postage costs.
